Well back at the start of July I did a pencil sketch of Dobby (or Dobbie as you prefer) The House Elf from the Harry Potter films. I decided to ink and color it today and here is the result. I have added the Sword of Godric Gryffindor to add a bit of interest and also Dobby is now clothed in his usual rag. Follow the link for the original Sketch: Dobbie the house elf
Well I have been re-listening to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows audiobook (as read by the excellent Stephen Fry) and I was just doodling away and this is one of the sketches that came out. I didn’t deliberately start intend to draw Dobby, but here he is:
I may recreate this digitally at some point and clean it up/color it etc, but I just thought it would be kinda fun to post it.
