Based on the Ultimate LocalHero pic I did for that theme day, I decided to use the basic character and flesh it out as a submission for another RPG I was hoping to take part in. The RPG is about a british group of heroes who just don’t seem to have any luck. I did a quick WB animated style pic to put in with my submission.
